Surrender = Sale to the public (non-hospitalized patients) of medicines by health facilities .
Only drugs included on a list established by the Minister for Health may be the subject of a dispensation by pharmacies to hospital outpatients.
Inclusion on this list must respond to the interests of patients : constraints of distribution, dispensing or administration (eg anti-retrovirals), security of supply (eg coagulation factors), need to track the prescribing or dispensing.
