strength of the collective is clear, men are welded in the talent and depth of the enemy, they held their game strategy and obviously keeps an iron moral face of adversity. Listening to player feedback after game shows clear that their psychological proximity with mutual esteem and affection is real.
In critical moments, the individual talents in the service of personal exploits based on the collective strength helped make the difference .... In
environmental work, I think he is strictly the same. The manager says the system's operating team around the needs of clients' lives. It develops a positive climate conducive to the motivation of each and a strengthening of the collective. The versatility and support among members of the team combined with the competence of every make this service effective and harmonious that we demand our customers.

The "mutual participation" in support of the exercise of directors' responsibility
As you know everyone, our fund is a regional cooperative bank. The months of February and March are important months for those general meetings of local branches.
They are an opportunity for members and customers to exercise their "mutual authority" to decide on key elements of life in their local bank but also come to know of the broad guidelines of the Regional Fund. They are mostly my mind moments of friendly exchanges with the agency team, the Board of Directors the local bank, representatives of the board of directors and management of the Regional Fund.
These exchanges are an opportunity for me to get live feedback on our quality service and advice by the owners of the company. They allow me to knowledge of the major projects of the township but also come away with ideas for changing our processes and services. You understood, these meetings are also the sense that we want to give the customer relationship.
To be a member is easy just subscribe at least a share (15 €), it is of course refundable (document provision agency) and paid for.

To be more in line with the axis number 1 in our business plan, customer satisfaction is entered into the pay system of the regional agricultural credit of Aquitaine. The measurement is made by telephone surveys, for which we now look back over three years. End 2010, we were at 94.2% of customers satisfied or very satisfied, somewhat below our target of our project "destination client" which was 95%. This is our best score since three years. Thank you to all those and all those who have enabled us to consolidate these results
