The second fact sheet published by the Ministry of Economy identifies the bid documents that must be an electronic signature in a paperless submission.
This is the letter of application and the statement of the candidate (DC5), and the sworn statements that are provided by the DC5 (empowerment of the agent by its co-contractors (DC4), when is worth $ ized, must also be signed electronically).
For other documents in support of the bid documents, scanned handwritten and signed are allowed.
The act of engagement must be signed electronically.
To be valid, the electronic signature must use a certificate referenced and listed on the list published by the Department: http://www.entreprises.minefi.gouv.fr/certificats/
