Terms
1 - A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required upon signing this contract.
This contract will be effective until the deposit has been received and cashed.
2 - The balance of the rent will be payable in cash, money order or certified check the day of arrival of tenants.
3 - In case of cancellation before the scheduled date of arrival, 50% deposit is not refundable.
4 - It is understood that the total amount of the rent must be paid to the owner, regardless of whether the tenants occupy the premises for any period or only a fraction of that period.
5 - The reservation will be valid once the contract is signed and deposit received.
6 - A deposit of $ 300.00 in cash is required on arrival and refunded on departure. An inspection will be performed by the contact person in case there was damage or non compliance. Any damage caused to the building, furniture or other than normal use, will be charged to the tenant and deducted from the deposit. The tenant must restore the premises clean and the dishes washed and put away, otherwise additional charges for cleaning will be deducted from the deposit.
Rules
2 - Tenants agree before leaving to wash dishes and store in the cupboards, sweep and / or sweeper, and make sure you leave the premises in clean condition overall.
3 - Tenants should NOT use the items contained in locked cabinets or in areas not included in the rental and are for the exclusive use of owners.
4 - Tenants should NOT make long distance phone call billable to the owner. Any use of the telephone line or installation of equipment for the Internet will be at the expense of tenants.
5 - Tenants agree to follow the laws concerning lights. In addition, never leave a fire burning outside without supervision. Before leaving, any fire must be watered to prevent fire hazards.
6 - The neighborhood is very peaceful and tenants must comply with the calm and the neighbors by not making too much noise and at any time of day or night.
7 - A BBQ is available to tenants and they assume full responsibility for its use.
8 - Tenants emit the owner from any liability in respect of any claim arising from injuries or accidents incurred during the stay.
9 - Tenants agree to contract through their insurance company, liability insurance, both civil tort during their stay.
10 - In case of damage or loss of any nature whatsoever (theft, fire, vandalism, etc..) Tenants will be jointly and severally liable and jointly responsible, and undertake to indemnify the property owner accordingly.
