Criteria sustainable development are increasingly present in public procurement. Thus, the Assistance Publique-Hôpitaux de Marseille (APHM) was recently awarded for its overall approach to sustainable development and eco-friendly purchases.
Nationally, the criteria for social and environmental responsibility are taken into account by 37% of hospitals, in selecting suppliers. 59% of them have introduced sustainable development criteria in the specifications written on the occasion of bidding.
