The media have recently echoed the exclusion of certain banking customers through their bank. I do not know what happened in these facilities, but it seems appropriate to recall the policy of the Credit Agricole Aquitaine in the matter.
We obviously do not have a policy of exclusion of customers. Quite the contrary, lower our fares (- 42% on average since 2005 as evidenced by a recent survey of the newspaper La Tribune) we wanted to make services more accessible for our mutual bank.
We also launched our points gateways that enable customers in real difficulties of opening a specially trained for this.
This is completely consistent with our values of mutual responsibility and solidarity.
I am convinced that the future of a company can not be built on exclusion ... nor that of a country abroad.
