Corruption Hospital: The hospital: the dream life of firms. A rare and damning testimony
This article appeared on the website Formindep (http://www.formindep.org/L-hopital-la-vie-revee-des-firmes) is a perfect illustration of the image of Epinal that sticks in public procurement. We read about it especially the footnote on page I reproduce in part here: [ 3] Editor's note: At the hospital drug prices are free and are traded OTC with hospital pharmacies. Firms can thus offer an almost "new" to the hospital after "satisfied" hospital doctors on how it is reported in this testimony (meals, conferences and studies cans), and thus open the market. I can only advise his author read some articles in this blog to try to find another argument to support his thesis "of the great conspiracy."
Much remains to be done to demonstrate the professionalization of hospital buyer! (Or am I naive ;-))
