Nordica Beast 10 Ski Boots, 29

Why such a mess?

The National Assembly and the Senate have decided to look into the reasons that the Mediator has remained on the market the drug for so long, while its danger had already been fingered.

Both parliamentary missions have a common goal, that of determining how the Mediator was able to stay so long on the French market the drug, and that while its effectiveness has been repeatedly questioned, and his dangerousness.

In the end, each mission also aims to formulate proposals for the restructuring of AFSSAPS (French Agency for the Safety of Health Products), reports Le Figaro. Note that these two missions occur shortly after submitting the report of the Inspectorate of Social Affairs, overwhelming Servier. In this regard, the Mission President of the Senate has already expressed elsewhere: "No, it does not seem possible that [Servier invokes the presumption of innocence, ed]. A careful reading of the report of the igas demonstrates that the responsibility is entirely Servier. Jacques Servier, president of the eponymous lab had then said: "This response is a denial of the company Servier to the presumption of innocence enshrined in Article 9 of the Declaration on the Rights of Man and Citizen 1789. These remarks are made even though legal proceedings on the record Mediator are currently underway and the report of Igas is the result of an investigation which did not constitute the company Servier has been excluded. It appears to us that (...) Mr. Senator Autain must ensure respect for the presumption of innocence does not replace the judicial authorities ... ".

The Mediator has been removed from the market at the end 2009 because of heart risks faced by patients. This anti-diabetic would have killed 500 to 2,000 people in France.

Lots of people crying for years to dangeorosité certain medications, or the same drugs used inappropriately. A journalist Sylvie Simon, known for his numerous books alleging medical scandals is not heard by policy makers. I write what I see in my office for six years already through my blog and my book: I see, I transcribe. If policymakers could be a little mouse and attend surgeries, how many things they learn ... I found it all stems from a lack of communication between different actors in the health, doctors and nurses do not listen much less help caregivers, doctors have a low opinion Safely generalists etc.. So I propose
roundtables, that actors from different backgrounds can share, like our president who had lunch with generalists, each does not need to agree with each other but the exchange is important.
I still remember that I proposed something similar to the physician of the social security of the township and there is never followed.
